What is included?
Up To three Pages
- Your main "Home" page -- the meat of your web site.
- An "About Us" page -- where you describe yourself and/or your business
- A "Contact US" page -- tells viewers how to get in touch with you
Several Templates Available We have several basic templates from which you can choose. Click on the Website Templates links in the right hand side bar to have a look! (a new browser window will open -- close it to return to this page) If none of these templates are suitible, we can build you a custom template at a very reasonable fee.
Unlimited amount of text and pictures You can say as much as you want on each page, and included as many pictures and graphics as you want.
Back-up copy of completed website Once your site is finished, I will send you a CD with all the HTML and supporting files for the entire website. 
What is not included?
Domain Name and web hosting plan You will need a domain name (www.WhateverNameYouWant.info) and space on a web server to host your pages. If you don't already have these, I will set these up for you for an additional $25. Included in this fee is your first year's .info domain name registration fee (.com and .net slightly more) and your first 2 month web hosting fee.
These accounts will be in YOUR name and when they need renewing, the hosting company will contact YOU to make payment arrangements. This leaves you in charge of your website. If in the future you want to move it, or have someone else manage it, you will already have the ability to do that. You are NOT locked into going through me to make those changes, and I will not be tacking on any charges for your reoccurring site fees, like so many other web design companies do.
Copy writing, editing, picture or graphics You will need to furnish me with all copy for each page, including headings, etc, and all pictures and graphics you wish to use. Make sure your text reads the way you want it to read before you send it. Also, your pictures and graphics must be the proper size and in web standard format.
Of course, full copy writing, editing, graphic and photographic services are available at an additional, but reasonable, fee.
Ongoing Site Maintenance Of course you will be able to made a few corrections to your website for the first month, but the $75 does not include any ongoing maintenance program. If you'd like me to make changes to your site in the future, I'd be delighted to provide that service, either on a single episode basis or an ongoing contract.
